Which US state is best for an e-commerce company?+
New Mexico ($299) or Wyoming ($349). Both have the lowest yearly running cost.
What address does my US company use?+
The registered agent's address comes with the package, for state and government mail. A unique suite number only for your company, which you can use for Payoneer or a bank, is $50 for a year.
Can you open Mercury or Relay for me?+
No. Both are closed to owners who live in Pakistan. Payoneer, Stripe and PayPal work, and we set them up for $49 each.
What happens after my company is formed?+
Every US company with a foreign owner files a federal return each year (Form 5472), and most states want an annual report. We track the dates and remind you before each one.
How long does an ITIN take?+
Up to 3 months at the IRS, for a new ITIN or a renewal. Our fee is $399.
Can I open a company in Canada or Australia from Pakistan?+
Canada: yes. In Ontario or British Columbia no Canadian director is needed; the company is $399 plus the government fee, and the required registered office is $199 a year. Australia: the company is $449 plus the ASIC fee, but Australian law needs at least one director who lives in Australia.
What does a UK company cost?+
Formation is £149 including the Companies House fee. The yearly plan is £250 for accounts, CT600, the confirmation statement and reminders.
