Register your brand in China before someone else does
Most private-label products are made in China. China gives a trademark to whoever files first, so a supplier or a stranger can register your brand name there and cause problems later. A Chinese trademark protects the name where your products are made.

Why subclasses matter in China
China splits every class into subclasses, and your protection only covers the subclasses you actually file in. A supplement, for example, belongs in Class 5, but a gummy can also be read as confectionery in Class 30. Filing the right subclasses now is much cheaper than fixing a conflict later.
What we need from you
- Your company registration certificate
- Your registered address
- The brand name exactly as you want it registered, and the logo file if you want the logo protected too
- A signed Power of Attorney; we send you the template. No notarisation, and nothing needs to be posted
Pakistan and clearance
- Pakistan (IPO) trademark filing: $43 for the first class and $28.50 for each additional class, official fees at cost
- Not sure the name is free? A clearance opinion before you file is $699, half up front and half on delivery

- Do I need a China trademark if I only sell in the UK or US?
- If your products are made in China, it protects your brand where they are manufactured. You decide which classes; the product's own class is the one that matters most.

- What documents are needed?
